About Client: Our client is a global management consulting and professional services firm that provides strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations services. In order to further grow their professional services in India, they are looking for talent who specializes in ER & Policies Associate Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a POSH counsel and subject matter expert for all sexual harassment cases
- Will be an IC Committee member
- Serve as the escalation point on policy and process, offer solutions to HR and other stakeholders
- Support local HR teams, offer knowledge and guidance
- Support local HR teams in managing sensitive employee situations and to review instances of employee misconduct, including investigating and recommending disciplinary action weighing the extent of violation, fairness of action and local employment laws
Experience Required: 8 to 14 Years
