About Pentagram Consulting

Pentagram Consulting is young and fast growing Human Resource Consulting Company with a mission that is simple yet powerful – “We bring winners together”.

Pentagram started it’s operations in year 2008, amidst global economic crisis, when most of the businesses were slow or closing down. It was founded by Sandhya Mishra, a XLRI Alumni & Law Graduate, with more than a decade of talent management experience in helping clients to build high performance leadership teams and mamange talent effectively.

India’s search & staffing market is fragmented and dominated evenly by generalist overseas brands such as Korn Ferry, Michael Page, Adecco and local brands like ABC Consultants, Teamlease, IKYA, along with thousands of small players making Pentagram Consulting one of few home grown specialist in chosen fields of IT consulting, Finance Functional positions and selective client based temp staffing.

Pentagram Consulting Team further strengthen with the joining of Dheeraj Mishra, XLRI Alumni & Chartered Accountant, bringing in more than two decades multi-industry corporate experience gained while working in India, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Myanmar, served at CFO position and on the Board of many companies.

Building on successful completion of foundation i.e. Start-up phase 2008-14, Pentagram Consulting is gearing-up to move into next phase i.e. Scale-up phase 2015-18, by deploying it’s knowledge, expertise and resources into clear and firm strategic direction, which would take Pentagram Consulting into higher growth trajectory.
